Return Policy

If you wish, send us your order number for the product you wish to return to support@rotta.ca and we will initiate a return. Or, if you wish, you can make a self-request return.

Make sure to complete your return within 15 business days.

How to Self-Request a Return

  1. After placing an order, a profile will be automatically created for you using your email address.
  2. Go to rotta.ca and click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. On the page that opens, you will be asked to enter your email address. Enter your email, and you will receive a code.
  4. Enter the code, and you will now have access to your profile.
  5. In your profile, you can see all your orders. Find the item you wish to return and click Request Return.
  6. Select the reason for your return, then click Request Return again. Your return request has now been submitted.
  7. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label from Rotta. Attach this label to your package and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
  8. After we receive the item and confirm it is in good condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification about the refund. Please keep an eye on your email for updates.

Return Conditions:

  1. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Returned products must be unused, undamaged.
  3. Return requests will be processed after the returned products are inspected. Returns may not be accepted if any damage is detected on the product.
  4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. However, if the product is defective or sent incorrectly, the shipping fee will be covered by us.

Return Process:

  1. You can submit your return request by contacting us.
  2. Once your return request is approved, please package the items to be returned in their original packaging and send them to us.
  3. After receiving and inspecting your return package, the return process will be initiated.
  4. Your refund will be processed within 7 days after the return is received, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
